I’m Sai Krishnan Mohan, Doctorate in Business Administration (Data Science & Artificial Intelligence), a Data & Analytics and Digital Transformation leader with over two decades of experience shaping how organizations leverage information to improve performance and long-term value. My work spans automotive, manufacturing, banking, and technology, providing a broad view of how data-driven thinking transforms global enterprises.

Currently, I serve as Vice President of Data & Analytics at Bajaj Auto Ltd., where I lead large-scale analytics, data governance, and digital initiatives. Parallel to my professional role, I continue my academic research into enterprise data valuation, intangible asset economics, and the governance of agentic AI systems.

Much of my work centers on a core question: How can organizations understand, measure, and responsibly use the data that drives their future? This blog brings together lived experience, research, and inquiry to explore how better systems create better choices.
