Welcome to Decision Radius — my space to reflect on decisions, data, AI, and the systems enterprises build around them.
I’m Sai Krishnan Mohan, a Data, Analytics, AI, and Digital Transformation leader with over two decades of experience across automotive, manufacturing, banking, and technology. My work combines enterprise transformation experience with doctoral research in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and enterprise data valuation.
Over the years, I have led large-scale analytics, data governance, and digital initiatives in complex enterprises and manufacturing environments. My work has focused on helping organizations use data more effectively to improve performance, strengthen governance, enable better decisions, and create measurable business value.
I believe enterprises do not simply have a data problem or an AI problem. More often, they have a decision-architecture problem. Transformation efforts struggle when organizations upgrade tools, platforms, and models without also upgrading how decisions are framed, who owns them, what evidence is trusted, and how value is measured.
Decision Radius explores this emerging space: how enterprises can build decision architectures that survive contact with AI — where governance, data valuation, operating models, and agentic systems are designed together, not bolted on afterward.
Much of my current thinking centers on a few connected questions:
- How do organizations convert data and AI investments into measurable business outcomes?
- How should enterprises value data as an intangible asset?
- What governance models are needed when AI systems begin to influence, recommend, or execute decisions?
- How can leaders design operating models where human judgment, data, analytics, and agentic AI work together responsibly?
Through this space, I bring together practitioner experience, academic inquiry, and management thinking to examine these questions. The intent is not to treat data, AI, governance, and transformation as separate disciplines, but to explore how they come together in real enterprise decision-making.
